Acer Aspire 5040 Wireless Fix
Level : Low
Problem : Wlan Device cant Enable
Fix:
- Install Wlan drivers first
- See Device manager at Network adapter (if OK)
- Install Launc Manager (must install !!!)
- Then restart computer
- done!

I spent far too long trying to get the WiFi to work on my dads friends Acer 5044WLMi (with the same Atheros card), and as usual the tech support were of no help..
Who knew the fix only takes 1 minute? :D

do you use windows 7 or xp?
can you help me fix my problem. i use windows 7 for my aspire5044nwlci and the wireless adapter cannot detect any wireless connection. when i troubleshoot it, this message comes up "problem with wireless adapter or access point". so how do i fix it? any suggestion?
